Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
- There are no player accounts. You never give us your name, email or password to play.
- Your game progress is saved only on your device.
- The game uses Google services for anonymous statistics, crash reports and ads.
- In the EU, UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. On iPhone and iPad, we ask before using your device's advertising identifier.
- Questions or deletion requests: support@nomiboomi.com
1. Who we are
Nomi Boomi ("the game", "we", "us") is a mobile puzzle game for Android and iOS, developed and published by Rahaf Jannuod, Berlin, Germany. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data the game handles
Game progress (stays on your device)
Your levels, scores, coins, settings and daily gift status are stored only on your device. We do not receive this data. If you uninstall the game, this data is deleted.
Usage statistics – Google Firebase Analytics
To understand how the game is played and improve it (for example, which levels are too hard), the game sends anonymous usage events to Google Firebase Analytics, such as levels started and completed, screens viewed, session length, the app version, your device model, operating system, language and approximate country (derived from your IP address). This data is linked to a random app-instance identifier, not to your name or email. In the EU, UK and Switzerland, analytics only runs with your consent.
Crash reports – Google Firebase Crashlytics
If the game crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report containing technical details (for example, where in the code the crash happened, the device model, operating system version, free memory and a random installation identifier). We use this only to find and fix bugs.
Advertising – Google AdMob
The game is free and is funded by ads shown through Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent ad fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, or Apple's IDFA if you allow tracking), your IP address, device information, and information about how you interact with ads.
- EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: when you first open the game, a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) lets you choose whether ads may be personalised. If you do not agree, you will only see non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time in the game's settings.
- iPhone and iPad: the game asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier is used. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are not personalised using that identifier.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings under Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads).
Reminders
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders (for example, that your daily gift is ready) directly on your device. These are local notifications: no data is sent to us to create them. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and delete it when it is no longer needed.
3. What we do not do
- We do not require you to create an account or log in.
- We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- The game has no chat and no way to share personal information with other players.
4. Why we use your data (legal bases)
For players in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, we rely on:
- Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for personalised ads and for usage statistics. You can withdraw consent at any time in the game's settings, without affecting what happened before.
- Our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for crash reports, for showing non-personalised ads that keep the game free, and for preventing fraud.
5. Who receives the data
We use Google as our service provider for analytics, crash reporting and advertising (Google Ireland Limited for users in Europe, Google LLC elsewhere). Google may process data in the United States and other countries. These transfers are protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long data is kept
- Game progress: on your device until you uninstall the game.
- Usage statistics: up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days.
- Advertising data: kept by Google according to its own policies.
- Support emails: until your question is resolved, and no longer than 12 months.
7. Children
Nomi Boomi is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, such as 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Because we do not have player accounts, we usually cannot identify you from the data Google processes for us. The quickest ways to control your data are:
- Change your ad and analytics choices in the game's settings.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Uninstall the game to delete all game data on your device.
For any other request, email support@nomiboomi.com. We answer within 30 days.
9. Security
Data sent from the game to Google is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use well-established services and collect as little data as possible.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will also let you know in the game.
